you become what you think of yourself

 There are various  ways of living of people .Some live in the world of art , others in the words of law and accounting .This isn't just about jobs ,but a way of thinking of itself.

Some people approach things positively and live optimistically ,some think things through carefully and live calmly ,and some live by expressing their emotions freely .Each person has their own unique personality.

IT's not about which way is right or which way is wonderful ,but rather that each individual difference creates diversity among people .

I still can't fully understand everything about myself .Even so, I want to live honestly  according to my heart .

I hope everyone cherishes their own individuality and lives their life to the fullest .

I found this beautiful quote and it goes like this imaging how much our lives will change if we spend the same amount of time and energy that we waste worrying and doubting ourselves on taking actions,creating ,believing, remember it's all in Your mind you become what you think .

Don't be so harsh  on yourself 

Don't punish yourself when do something wrong or fail to do something when you should have .What has been done is done .Recognise your accomplishments and take a deep  breath. Allow it to wash over you and than move all you can do is study .

    " Remember, you have been criticising  your self for years and it hasn't worked .Try approving of yourself and see what happens. 

Endure your pain ,end your suffering recognise when something causes you pain .Recognise how it makes you feel,wait for the pain to go away .Do not aggravate with any other factors or people involved.

How food affect your mental health

 You have 100 billion microscopic neurons in your brain which produce  and send more messages than all the phones in the world combined ,These brain functions are directly related to the foods that you put into your body whether you opt for the fast food chicken burger or well balanced plate with healthy food 

The food that you consume has an influence on your thoughts and emotions .

Your gut and brain are connected both physically and biochemically in multiple ways the communication network between these two organs is known as the gut brain axis. The gut is your second brain which interacts with your brain to influence your emotions and decisions .

The gut brain axis is important when managing stress when it's  unbalanced it impedes our ability to deal with stress effectively 

Nutrition has been described as one of the most important environmental factors on newborns and it continues to be important throughout infancy .

Become everything you are afraid to be

 Most people are afraid to be fully themselves .They are afraid to embrace the parts of themselves that might be regarded as unacceptable by society or your surrounding people , or may be embracing these unacceptable parts makes them feel uncomfortable   

So to escape these uncomfortableness ,they divide themselves into two halves: 

1: CONSCIOUS        2: Unconscious 

In conscious -half ,they construct an ideal image of  :an image formed out of bits and pieces of their past that they deem as good and acceptable .People try to please around themselves so they can feel comfort within them.

In the unconscious -half ,they repress the parts  of themselves that they view as bad and unacceptable 

That's called shadow and unless the shadow is integrated into the personality ,a person can never reach their fullest potential .Instead the person will always remain incomplete ,and partial living a  life of regret rather than the full life that could have been .

We just comfort ourselves with the idea that we could be something if we wanted to this is because when we work towards something ,we start feeling our weight in the world .We're measured and ranked we're quantified and actual and this actual reality is often less pleasurable to live in than our ideal ideal fantasy and it's real and reality can be improved ,but a life of fantasy always ends in tragedy .

The path to self improvement starts with self -acceptance ,only by embracing and integrating our shadow ,by accepting the ugly parts of ourselves ,by becoming who we're afraid to be ,can we reach our fullest potential .

If we reject our shadow pick and choose parts of our past ,personality ,and behavior ,behavior that we like and repress the parts of ourselves we fear ,we become incomplete and partial and instead of living a full ,whole  life ,we  live one full of regrets .It's up to you to decide .

Will you embrace your shadow or reject it?

would you rather fail in actuality or succeed inn mere hypotheticals.

Am i true to myself?

 


Do you think you are still that true person to yourself you used to be in your childhood or societal norms has changed you completely. 

You’ve spent so much time trying to be who others need you to be. The good kid. The reliable friend. The one who never says the wrong thing, never makes a mess, never asks for too much,never arguing over things that's hurting you .

who are you when no one’s watching? 

Do you still listen to the music you actually like, or do you default to whatever sounds best in a shared playlist? Do you still laugh at the things that used to make you laugh, or have you trained yourself to find humor in what everyone else does? Do you still dream the way you used to,.Do you still live for those small moments or did you trade them in for something more practical, more acceptable?

You may fear real you Because what if the real you isn’t enough?

But listen  to me —if you were to strip away the layers, peel back the masks, walk away from the roles you've been playing—what’s the worst that could happen?

 Would the world stop turning? Would the people who claim to love you suddenly un-love you?

Don't try to fit in the word you are not made for.

Would you finally feel the sun on your skin without worrying about how you look in its light? Would you finally hear your own voice without it being drowned out by everyone else’s

Would you, for once, final ly try to  exist just for yourself?

It may sound a terrifying thought, I know. But if you don’t face it now, when will you? Another year of living like this? Another decade? A whole lifetime?

You were not put here just to be what others need. You were not made to be a hollow version of yourself.

We are all here on our journey. While trying to fit in the society you are loosing something inside you everyday. You are hurting your soul in the process called chasing societal norms .

May be in few years you will become different version of yourself that you may no longer recognise your true self .

In the race of chasing people you are living their life not yours. 

Let me ask You something –Does it matter anyway 

Who is going to remember You ,we are living In a loop we are here to live our life and will die (That's  ultimate truth of life).

Before you there were alot of people who did  the same thing,we dont even know about them now.

So let Your life  as simple and true as it should be.

Seated Asanas to ease body and mind (Cat and Cow)

Cat and Cow

 Cat (Marjarasana)

> This is a gentle kneeling pose that take the  position of  a sacred cat , warming up joints in your spine ,chips,and shoulders .Try exhaling as you move into the pose .This is often done with the next pose ,Cow,by flowing from cat to cow with the exhale and inhale 

Alignment 

Your arms  and  thighs are fixed in place ,with your knees  directly under your hios and hands under your shoulders (so slightly forward)  .The spine is as even as possible. 

Benefits 

Your back muscles stretch while on the front of Your body –including your chest and abdominal  muscles engage .Muscles in your arms work to stabilize You. Your rib cage is compressed, helping to facilitate a dee exhale into the pose.



Cow (Bitilasana) 

> Mimicking the slightly dipped back of a cow ,this gentle kneeling pose incorporates a back bend, and is practiced to warm up the spine,hips,and shoulders. Inhale as you enter the pose ;you can also alternate between this and cat pose ,in time with your breath.

Alignment 

Your arms and thighs are fixed in place with Your knees under hour hios and hands under your shoulders (or slightly forward) .Your back bend  is as even as possible, focusing on lengthening your neck,creating a subtle ,even curve .

Benefits 

Your abdominal and chest muscles stretch, while your back Muscles, including Your spinal extensors engage. Your rib cage is expanding, making it possible to inhale fully. A subtle, even curve is created by the back bend and raised head.



>Flowing from the flexion of cat the extension  of cow as you breathe deely in and out improves your mind ,body connection, as well as your sense of body awareness. 

>Mind ,body connection we often think of the brain as controlling our Muscles. This is true :those motor signals tell your Muscles what to do .However, your nervous system is a two way conversation. Your body sends tons of sensory signals to your brain .Yoga improves the mind ,body connection by encouraging you to listen to your body 

>Inhalation and exhalation 

Breathe mindfully, coordination your breathe and movement; your nervous system loves this sort of integration. As a general rule , exhale when your ribcage is compressed (ad in forward folds or twists) .and inhale when your ribcage can expand (as in back bend).

  This is a self discovery book that helps you to tap into your own power and discover their potential by overcoming trauma,life challenges and stopping the self sabotage. 

These are the things which I learnt from this book

> It focuses on the block between You and the life you want to live .

>Mountains shows the insecurities and hardships you have faced so far built up in time and formed your personal challenges that you much overcome in order to grow.

>Your old self can not sustain Your dream life you must reinvent yourself in order to reach your highest potential. 

>Your internal mountain is formed by a concious and subconscious need colliding. We say we want to change but we unconsciously fear change and sabotage our change efforts. 

> The longer we allow this inner conflict to persist the larger the mountain inside gets and if we never face our mountain change is forced upon us if we resist changing our diet or lifestyle we'll get hit with a source in the form of a terminal illness.

> Emotions are physical when not felt properly, they become embodied and literally stuck in our bodies and We need to flush them out.

>Release your past stress by sweating and meditation. 
>Write down everything That's bothering you.It makes you clear about your problems and where do you need to work most.

>Seek risky opportunities, Instead of accepting comfortable life situations

>When You build better version of yourself and work on understanding Your core needs aligning Your brain with your spirit and directing your thought to coordinate action in that direction your life will change for better .

>These are essential steps towards your higher purpose.

HEALTHY HABITS FOR FIT BODY 🧘🏻

 


First of all ask yourself are your habits helping you to grow towards the Person you wanna  become or are they pushing you away from your ideal life .

1 plan your day 

After waking up you need to remind yourself of what you wanna focus on .some days you May want to get everything done including your work ,your physical activity, journals or might feel like taking the day of .When you get clear about it you May design your day around it.

 2 Make drinking water a habit 

You need to Understand that water is so much necessary for your body .Fill your bottle up and drink it throughout the day there are so many healthy and creative ways to do it .For  me I like drinking hot water it is easier on your digestive system than cold water .

I like to drink my water by adding lemon ,ginger and honey .you can enjoy according to Your taste as there are so many ways to drink healthy water .

3 Move your body 

I Am not talking about those heavy lifts. You need to love Your body in a way that's fun to you.

For example I find it difficult to run everyday but I find doing yoga so peaceful and enjoyable that I can stick to it every Morning. You can watch a cardio video with good music and repeat it for 10 minuets you May it as music enhance our mood .

You can add dance work out, I feel really relaxed and energetic, when I Don't feel like motivated dancing boost my mood immediate lay and I feel Happy.

4 Calm your mind

There are so many distraction and stimulants throughout our day . You need to have a habit of quieting your mind and connecting with yourself
You can add a daily walk habit ,stretch or you May meditate to feel relax and calm .
For me it's stretching it makes my body feel so relax and calm .

5 Pay Attention to What You Eat

You need to learn that the food You are eating what does it contain and what amount is good for your body .I always keep in mind that we need to take  food as medicine,as There are vast variety of natural food out there .

Even though it's hard to eat always healthy food as there are so many processed food out there.

Make your food look interesting and try new recipes so that you can eat often without getting sick of it.

6 Always  Look Good And Comfortable 

This is  so simple and yet effective wear those good outfits it will definitely feel good from with in. Looking Good in the sence you are feeling Comfortable in what You are wearing
