HEALTHY LIFESTYLE TO BECOME THAT GIRL 🧘🏻

 First thing that I need to clear is don't try to become someone else. Just because You appreciate their life style. You can love somebody's aura of Living their life ,which makes You feel like You exactly wanted to become like them.

That's absolutely wrong thing they are already Living their life while copying them You will eventually start living their life not yours.

It's good to get some motivation from others, appreciate them but don't copy .Live Your life in your own way ,It's your story make it worthy once.

People used to struggle with this a lot when they are younger trying to be somebody who is Living healthy and taking care of themselves. Realistically I had a life I wanted to go socialize I wanted to go do things which pleased me alot.

Like we have a life that is to be lived .

 You may probably need some advise on when it comes to balancing so iam going to kind of giving You some tips.

Lets start ...

1) Wake up early- 

           It may be difficult to wake up early for some peoples but trust me this is the first best thing You can start with .

2) Drink water

            Fill your stomach with luke warm water as soon as You wake up .It will re energies your cells after a long rest .Water will help to improve your digestion and improve you blood flow.

3) Go for a long walk or run

             If you want to change your lifestyle run daily .It will change your metabolism.your body will eventually start feeling energized, motivated,and healed.Running includes full body muscles involvement. 

4)  Do some stretch /yoga

            When you stretch you inhales good amount of oxygen for your body  and release muscles stress . Stretching your body will relax your each muscle which will lead to good mood.

Living a healthy lifestyle is fun .Just show up you don't have to give 100% to it just start doing it today .

 These things includes your daily morning habits you need to apply in your life which required consistency and discipline. 

Let's talk about mental habits that you need to acquire for to stay in your Healthy era.

1) Have Healthy boundaries 

            You need to have positive boundaries in your daily life .like you need to choose which things or peoples are good for you life .surround Yourself with positive peoples.

You need to learn to say no to things which aren't good for you they may probably be your best things you wanted but make some boundaries.

2)Do your journal 

         When you write things down you are halfway to do those things done .Make Your daily journal write your goals Your thoughts and try to make it creative these little things makes you different from others and creative. 

3) Clean your space 

         Cleaning Your space daily makes your mind refreshing and motivated . Surround yourself with positive environment clean your room ,organise Your things do your dishes /laundry. It may look samal but these are the things which impact your mindset most.

4) Plan your day 

          Planning your day will make you do things accordingly. It will lead you to do all those things .

And make a record for yourself of things which you have done or left.

5) Make a calander  of a month 

 nd works You need to do on which dates .

6) Take time off to celebrate Yourself 

          You don't have to be punctual Every day just take a day off appreciate your efforts and celebrate with something.
