MORNING DINNKS FOR GLOWING SKIN

 Start your day with refreshing morning drinks to make your skin look so referred and energetic.

Here's few drinks that I drink every morning -

1)  LEMON HONEY WATER - 

INGRADIENTS- 1cup warm water 

2  Teaspoon Honey 

1 medium Honey  

2) GREEN TEA -

BENEFITS-

 Rich in antioxidants, which may help reduce inflammation and fight bacteria 

INGREDIENTS- 1 cup warm water ,green tea bag .

PROCEDURE - 

Add 1 green tea bag into 1 glass of lukewarm water ,honey ( Optional) 

3) SPEARMINT TEA - It has  antiandrogenic effects ,which may help regulate hormones ,detox, aids digest , boost immunity ,weight loss ,healthy skin.

INGREDIENTS - Green mint leaves , Honey 

PROCEDURE - Boil mint leaves for about  10-12  minutes .

4)  GINGER WATER : 

BENEFITS -Treat cold ,headache  ,bloating ,menstrual pain ,hormonal disbalance ,bloating ,menstrual pain ,hormonal disbalance ,bloating ,boost weight loss 

PROCEDURE-

Boil the water in ginger for 15 minutes add honey for taste .

5) FENNEL WATER : 

BENEFITS  - Menstrual cramps ,reduce hair fall ,bloating ,beats bad breath .

PROCEDURE- Boil fennel into water for about 4-5 minutes 

drink Luke warm  for good  results.

6) TURMERIC WATER :

BENEFITS- Anti -inflammatory and antioxidant 

PROCEDURE - Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric into warm water add honey for taste and you can also add lemon for better results.
