The world is getting faster day by day .
Do you feel like you are always rushing to chase something and have no time to rest ?
In a world we are living today is becoming more hectic and fast .It often feels like we will missed out the whole world if we are just late for a second.
We are always racing against time.
Our brain is constantly over stretched .The pressure that pulled up overtime can be overwhelming at a certain point of our life .Untill stress ,over stimulation, anxiety, these civilization diseases are slowly creeping into our modern day live .
We have a society that has social institution with vertical power structure to keep people organised and in line and growing up we are trained to believe in those structures .
How to improve it ?
Spiritual practices
when I started spiritual practices my own inner institution become more valid than the social institution.
I basically uncovered the part of me that was simply more valid than the part of me that was part of the social game.
So once You realize these things There's a great amounts of suffering when living in these structures of society because you are just not simply living in the alignment with your own truth. .To me that means to live free and to live with intention to spread love one another unconditionally and to this earth ,to ourselves, and to find meaning in life .

Most of the suffering come from the lack of connection with yourself.
When you think universe has put you down It's actually preparing you for something great .Let your soul heal you from inside out .
Let yourself dive deep into your thoughts. Write down how you feel ? what is hurting you?
Universe has so much to offer you ,take a step back slow down for sometime. You will start understanding What truly matters to you .
There's so much joy in simple things, life's precious. Let your body feel the fresh wind enter to your body touching your skin ,feel your heartbeat your voice .love yourself more for that reason.
