 3 kinds of happy lives

 Introduction  - A peaceful mind is always calm and more confident .Teach your mind to become Healthy because no gym equipment can make this .Just few habits will help you achieve healthy mind habit.

(1)  Fill your life with as many pleasure as you can .This has hardly any contribution to long lasting fulfilment. 

(2)  - Where you find a life in your work ,patenting,love leisure.

(3) The meaningful  life -Knowing what your the pleasent  life strengths are,and using them to belong to and in the service of something larger than you.

––Surround yourself  with happy peoples : these peoples can be your friends or family who makes  you comfortable and valuable whenever you are around themselves 

But in my personal opinion you don't need anybody else just talk to yourself and appreciate yourself for who you are 

–– cultivate resilience : 

–– Appreciate simple pleasure : Go to park ,walk around city or woods can make you feel good ,watch your old pictures or video on phone, watch sunset ,sunrise ,or stars ,Stay in your healthy era. 

––Devote some of time to giving : Giving others whether it is a thing or some appreciation will give your soul energy  in my opinion whatever you give people will come around so choose wisely 

––Get immersed in activities that bring joy : playing with my cats and dog gives me so much joy it feels like pure love bond with then it can be painting  ,photography, or writing just listen yourself and give time to those things which makes you happy.

–– Mix small talk for deeper conversations: A small talk with my grandparents ,parents which indulge me in deep conversation when we talk about their childhood or life journey is so powerful which makes me wonder about their life is so joyful 

––Make a point to listen :your mind listen whatever you talk is an theory just listen peoples experience and their thoughts about life 

–– Look on the bright side : There's always a bright side in everything just focus on positive things and think about possibilities in everything 

––Make exercises  a priority  :when I started learning about exercises and there impact on life that gave me boost in my mental health .I would personally recommend walk around do exercises and yoga .Invest  in your body will always makes you happy from inside and it is highly addicted 

–– Listen to good music :That's something I called my mood changer .Listening good music will make you forget about everything else just feel music and dance a little bit it's good thing to try on whenever you feel pressures and than start again with problem 

––Spend time in nature :Nature is something I called my soul .Whenever I get sad I just sit ground  nature and listen peacefully the voice of nature like it is trying to say something to you just calm yourself and see how beautiful things are around us just don't run after those unnecessary things .Sound of the water ,air touching grasses leaves slowly just feel it. Nature is so relaxing and calm 

––Laugh a log: laugh out your heart don't worry about your facial expression. Smile is a free therapy you can give yourself and others so just laugh
