We are in a world where everyone is rushing somewhere. We don’t have enough time to think about ourselves. We as a youth mostly we are Running in a continuous race which has no end .We are chasing so many unwanted things that are not even necessary. Social media has made an image of standards of high Living which is continuously pressurising youth to live that life .
The competition of getting that image in this world has put people to live a life that leads them to mental breakdown anxiety etc.
The First thing you need to know is that we are not in a race .We are here to live our life . We are not here to chase anyone Let’s live peacefully. There’s nothing to be perfect Let’s just have a life That’s supposed to do things we like.
There are a few things that You need to know……
Love Yourself —
There’s a quote which says if a person is not loving himself /herself first what do they expect others to love themselves.If iam as a person not liking myself enough There’s no way that you are accepting the thing that others like you .There will always be a question in your Do they really?
To love yourself means you are accepting your pros and cons.You are loving your body You intelligence level and appreciating your every small effort
2)Acceptance
Accept Yourself for not doing well enough. You are not in a race which will lead you to an end You are here to live just to do things you like and enjoy the most.
Accept the fact that you may be slow at learning new things.you may not have the ideal body type but at least you are alive .
3) Priorities your mental health
Everyone thinks that the situation that they are having right now is the biggest one that they can’t even escape .No That’s not true nothing is permanent they are just part of your life .
We put so much pressure on ourselves that we forget to live our lives.
Maybe you try to become good in everything and become what you wanted to but There’s going to be a stage when You realise you have missed so many things which were supposed to do at that time and now you can’t even go back in time and change them.
Whatever you do something will be left behind you can’t do everything in This life so make sure to do things which matters Most for You .So you won’t regret them later.
4) Set boundaries —
It’s important for someone to put some boundaries in their life .You need to know which People are good for you and whom to avoid. Your environment puts so much impact on your mental health. Learn TO say no to the things which are not good for you .Like we are social animals we try to follow Every trend and make efforts to become like them .Don’t ever try to become like someone else just because their lifestyle looks so perfect to you.
It’s good to get some motivation from others but don’t copy them .They are already living their life You need to live your own.
Become the main character of your story.
5) Live in the moments
Small things make a big difference in your life .Try to live in the moments. Time is so precious it is not going to come back.so live right now at the moment where you are .Make memories laugh a lot do some silly things to remember.
Always try and make mistakes when you are human not a robot which needs to be perfect .
