12 Self awareness exercises that fuel sucess



                Life at ease


 The three why's :Before acting on discussion, ask yourself "Why"?

     Follow up your response with another "Why"? And than third

If u  can find three good reasons to pursue something, you'll have clarity and be  more confident In Your actions

Expand your emotional vocabulary  ––

Putting your feelings into words has a therapeutic  on good brain; if you are unable to articulate how you feel ,that can create stress.

 Practicing saying 'No'to yourself ––

The ability to say " No" to yourself to put off shorts term gratification (From social media and junk food )for the long term gain is an important life skill 
Like a muscles it is strengthened with exercises 

Break visceral reactions ––

Take a deep breath before you act,especially when a situation triggers anger or frustration. 
   Self awareness allows you to assess situations objectively and rationally, without acting on biases and stereotypes. 

Be aware of your flows ––

We're often critical of others ,while ignorant of our own flows .Self awareness helps turn the mirror on awareness and prevents hypocritical behaviour 
Create a habit of acknowledging your mistakes ,rather than making excuses. 

Monitor your self talk ––

  Pay attention to the way you respond to your success and failure. 

Being tough on yourself needs to be balance with self compression. Celebrate your wings ,forgive your losses

Body language awareness 

Record a speech or presentation and evaluate your posture and hand gesture .

Slouching increases cortisol and feels low self esteem while standing tall stimulates

Take an opposing view–

It will force you to question your assumption your "default " beliefs and world view are not always reasonable; It's healthy to "argue " against yourself " and see how views hold up .

Know your personality type ––

It will allow you to maximize your strengths and manage your weakness.

Practice self -evaluation 

St regular  goals,Break big goals down into smaller milestones. 

Ask yourself at the end of each day .

           " What did I do well today ?"

        How can I improve on this tomorrow? "

Ask for constructive feedback ––

It helps you to cut through self deceit and one dimensional views you might hold .

Meditation -––

It is fundamental Practice for improving self awareness. To focus on a key internal process.

You'll become aware of how your mind wonders ,and get better at snooping out of distractions.
