Introduction–– Burning extra calories isn't easy ,it took years to loose those extra calories. It may seems hard but not impossible. It only take few changes in your daily routine to loose extra fat . Let's talk about these routine in details.

1) Stamina (Cardio)

iii)Play any sport:
The most joyful exercise at home is play any sport of your choice. Moving most of the times makes your body loose more calories and make your cells active most of the time. You can add you favorite sport like badminton, cricket, volleyball, or any local sport of your choice. Sweat as much as you can while playing it will burn out those calories.

To enhance your flexibility you need to do little stretching exercises
