Here are some good habits to adopt for Weight loss and good health –

        1) 2 glass warm water after waking up
         2) 10,000 steps every single day 
         3) Adding source of protein to all your meals
         4) eating the  rainbow  
         5) Allowing yourself to rest 
         6) Sleeping 7 hours 
         7) Meditating 
         8) Exercises 
         9) Consistency 

1) Drink warm water after waking up:

      Drinking warm water in empty stomach re boost the metabolic activities. It will enhance your digestion and give your blood flow a booster .Drinking warm water in empty stomach is also very helpful for weight loss .
You can make your healthy and tasty morning water by using these herbs ↓

       1) Lemon water    2) Honey water

        3) Jeera water    3) mint water

         4) Ginger water  

2) 10,000 steps everyday :

Walking is a simple Exercise anyone can do everyday .Simple 20 minutes walk every morning is good for weight loss 
Walk as much as You can .
> A little walk with your pets,kids ,or partner, make it essential in your daily routine 
> use of stairs instead of lift
> Playful walk to parks and playground 
  

3) Adding a source of protein to all your meals

Protein is essential for recovery but it also keeps you full for longer. Good amount of protein in your daily diet will provide you essential nutrients for body .
 

4) Eating the rainbow: 

That does sound like colourful image in your brain .It consists different coloured foods like veggies,berries and lentils in your plate, which contains balance to your meals .

5)Allowing yourself to rest :

Take a break from your work and allow yourself to rest .you can watch clouds,rain,or sunsets ,these little things will boost your inner happiness which allows You to think accurately in positive way.Don't forget to enjoy these little moments it improve your metabolism activities. 

6)Sleeping 7-8 hour's :

Good sleep is very essential for weight loss .It enhances your metabolic activity which boost your digestion. 
Try to sleep early and be more consistent to your sleep .Avoiding sleep increase tiredness in your body ,which will increase the problem related to mental and physical dizziness 

7) Meditating : 

I highly recommend you meditation because it has helped me in different ways .Try few minutes meditation practice everyday it will surely give boost to your both physical as well as mental health
