Why you are bloated ? (Lets fix it )
Introduction ––
It is a normal part of digestion bit sometimes it may cause several problems like uncomfortable mood,and several pain in abdominal.
–> There are few reasons why we experience blotting .Let's talk about them one by one and how we can fix it.
First thing which we need to know se
1)how food get digested and how it causes blotting?
––> When we eat food it enters the mouth ,where saliva makes it greases and enter stomach through food pipe .In stomach it gets broken down into smaller pieces and then goes on to our small intestine where nutrients (protein , fat etc.) gets absorbed for our body .
––> Not everything absorbed by our body ,whatever doesn't get absorbed then it passes to larger intestine, where large amount of good bacterias live .
––> They eat that undigested food for themselves and then they create this byproduct which is gas
And that can be often why we experience blotting.
How can we fix it ?
So here's the answer to that question. There are few food easily available at our home ,which we can consume to fix to fix this problem.
1) Ginger :
It helps to promote the movement of our digestive tract, It will prevent you from blotting pain .
How to use : Hot water ,ginger tea,curries and smoothies.
2). Fennel :
It helps to relax our digestive tract,and help to release gas.You can use fennel for any type of stomach pain.They are pain reliever .
How to use : Drink it with hot water,Tea, ,Souls,Salad.
3)Paper mint (pudina):
It shows freshness and calming effect on the digestive tract .Mint is effective for analgesic problems. Fresh leaves of mint also act as antioxident agent for our stomach.
How to use : Paper mint tea ,Salad ,organic Beverage.
4)Kiwi
Kiwi includes high medicinal properties.Kiwi contain an enzyme called actinidin that helps to break down food which can positively our gut .
2)Foods which promote gas :
Some of these are good sources of nutrients. But for some people it may take hard time to digest them.
Eg.Beans,Lentils.
How to fix ?
≈>If you are having some problem then you can added it in low quality in your meal.
≈ > Let your Lentils and beans rest for few hours in water and then drain out the water .
3)Constipation:
When you take more time in the bathroom and it feels little uncomfortable and abdominal pain .It surely shows the constipation symptoms. It is one of the most common digestive problem. It may affect your day to day routine.
– Here are some food to prevent from constipation.
1)Fibres :
Fibres are found in plant based foods .There are two types of Fibres.
I) soluble -Swell out / absorbed in water, .eg. Includes oats and milk
ii). Insoluble – Does not dissolved in wate, eg.green beans nuts corn and zucchini.
What causes Digestive problems?
–Recent studies has shown that mental stress ,anxiety ,unhealthy food habits is major cause of blotting in youngsters these days.
– Sitting for long period of time at one place .Move your body and do little walk and stretch for relaxing.
Conclusion:
*Drink a large amount of water and include some Fibres to your diet
* you can intake water in the form of soup.
