Let's clear first thing that is you are not alone who is suffering or felt that darkness at any stage of your life .Everyone has experience this thing in the modern world .Not being capable of doing some things makes you unhappy easily
Life's all about take experiences. You felt that negative thing just try to refuel your soul .Nobody is coming to save you
Peoples around you will show sympathy guide you support you that they are with you.But not really they can make you happy. Peoples are meant to make your body happy they can't reach your soul.It's you job to give that positivity to connect your mind ,soul,and body together in order to feel the real happiness
While I was recovering the only thing that kept me going were my self love .I don't want to become a great person ,iam still a person who does mistakes feel negative low and disappointments alot time but the only thing I know about myself is that i'll make myself happy again. I won't give up never in my life.Whatever pressure life puts me on.
It's only my duty to refuel my soul .Because that's the energy source in your body ,you inner peace which will guide you through darkness. Take break from everything from your work ,peoples society, world. They don't matter if you are not feeling good from inside .
Everyday is dealing with life challenges, some are making it out and others are failing that doesn't mean the other peoples are depressed may be they have enough motivation in their work ,their soul is so full with positivity that they are rising from inside.
Millions of peoples are around you few of them will help you when you lack food ,clothes, money etc.But when you tell them you are feeling mentally week ,depressed the only thing they can do is guide you,motivate you ,provide medication.They can't reach out to your soul to tell it refuel yourself. Its only you who can do it
Pour it with self love ,self motivation, take break and just relax .It's not like you will feel it once in your lifetime .It's going to happen again and again untill you learn to deal with it . Once you have learnt how to deal with it your will grow .You will start excepting yourself for who you really are ,Your flaws ,your aurora.
There's always a light guiding you give chance to it .You don't need to always need to find ways fir yourself sometimes leave yourself to universe. Things will happen if you believe in them ,weather It's universe, God,or your self believe. Just believe in magic of universe there's motivation everywhere all you need is change your perspective. Try to see things differently.
Believe is so powerful that it will always make you stronger. Stronger here doesn't means you are doing great earning well reaching goals or doing great in everything. What it means here is you are doing good than yesterday .you are believing, trusting and start excepting yourself for your flaws.
Improvement only takes a one step that is realization of self love . Just except the fact that you feel low when someone hurt you,you start crying on small things,you distance yourself from peoples who hurt your feelings. That's who you are ,thats how your body react there's nothing wrong with it .Isn't what having a heart .
Never judge yourself for how you feel on these things .Don't try to make yourself strong because these are not your weakness It's the way your body react to certain things.If hurts ,if its makes You cry just do it that's your true self .That doesn't mean you are weak thats what it is called having a heart.
Except your flws it will make you understand yourself .You will learn when you feel hurt ,low how to deal with it ,how to make you happy again. Just live without doubting yourself just start excepting yourself.
The only thing which have guided me throughout my life is the motto of never giving update on myself. That is my ray of guidance for my self improvement.
You will start looking for things which will make you feel empowered again .You will start reading books ,writing journal, talking with positive peoples around you .
Just a simple hope is enough to refuel your soul ,guide you through your darkness again and again.
Things which really worked for me were yoga and meditation. It became my daily routine untill I was addicted to it like it became so part of me that my body daily remind me of these practices.
Just start doing it and your body will grasp it so fast that it will remind you again and again to do it whenever you aren't doing .Trust me these things have really helped me alot.
Take only 1 hour a day for totally yourself for your body ,your soul nothing else just to refuel your soul for whole day,a week ,a month.
Trust yourself become your own guide.
