I have come through a season where i felt like i wasn't enough, and that i failed myself and everyone around me.I Am sure i am not alone .especially in a world with so many expectations on us and unrealistic standards to live up to formed by a flood of social media driven opinions and ideologies.
I came out of that season and said to GOD ,I am ok the way i am ,we are "enough" as we are ,and the goods comes from GOD.
There are certain things which you need to change for better life
1) LET GO OF THINGS-First thing you need to learn is the ability of letting go things in your life .For that you need to understand that this whole world is out of our control peoples, situations and other people's opinions .You can not control other people's behavior according to yourself .
The only thing that is in our control is our reaction towards them our respond towards those experiences .It's hard to let go people because there is nature of our mind that is has the clinging effect our mind like to grasp the things ,peoples and the experiences that we see . Attachment is suffering always remember every person you meet throughout your life one day you have to say good by to them. At the end of the day its you only. We only take experiences with yourself which is going to stay forever with yourself . Nothing more making less just live for experiences not peoples. Change is permanent nothing is going to be same as always .not your problems ,happiness and peoples going to stay same forever this is nature's rule change is a continuous process.
when peoples are fading away from your life let them go do not hold onto them .When you hold onto someone you are not only hurting them but yourself too. Suffering comes from attachment.
2) LET GO OF LONELINESS- loneliness comes from peoples around you .When we are living with people and when we in relationship with people normally we feel happy .we feel we are content ,we feel that happiness and joyfulness within us ,but when they are not around us we feel emotionally unhappy ,depressed and lonely .
when you are alone you feel unhappy and lonely you think of people or someone to come to your life and make you happy that means you are depended on others to make you feel happy.
you need to learn that no one is responsible foryour happiness .Happiness come from within yourself and that is going to stay forever .Command your brain to stay happy from within .Do meditation ,yoga and most importantly do things which makes you happy.
