GROWTH MINDSET

    •  Every morning when we wake up and face the world a new we have a unique  opportunity to set the tone for our day  this is a chance to ground over selves find inner strength and  prepare our minds to face the challenges that lie ahead.
    •  IN Buddhism there is a powerful practice that encourages us to  speak five lines to over selves every morning.


    •   This simple yet profound ritual can be a source of inspiration and guidance helping us navigate the complexities of life with a calm and compassionate heart Buddhism a spiritual tradition with roots dating back over 2 and a half  Millennia offer a help of teachings that promote mindfulness compassion and wisdom it is a path that can help us  understand the nature of suffering the causes of our unhappiness and liberation .
    • in this journey through the spiritual teaching of Buddhism we will explore the significance of speaking five lines to ourselves each morning and how this practice can profoundly influence our lives the power of self -affirmation .                                                                
    •   Affirmations are positive statement that can help rewire our thought patterns and beliefs when spoken with intention and conviction they have the potential to reprogram our subconscious mind influencing our thoughts emotions and behaviours in Buddhism  self -affirmations serve as a way to align our inner dialogue with the principles of the noble hateful path speaking five lines to yourself every morning is a powerful self -affirmation practice that can help you set a positive tone for the day .

    • MINDFULNESS PRACTICES- Mindfulness the first line I am grateful for this new day sets the tone for mindfulness it encourages you to be present and attentive to the present moment when you start your day with gratitude  you become more aware of the beauty and opportunities that each day brings this awareness can lead to a more mindful and fulfilling life mindfulness in the Buddhist context involves being fully engaged  in the present moment without judgment by acknowledging the impermanence of life in the second line.  
    • INNER PEACE - Cultivate  compassion for yourself and others is a reminder of the importance of treating yourself and those around you with kindness .forgive people for their mistakes these small kindness are most effective to your mind .Let not surrounding environment influence your inner peace .You need to let go self criticism and self judgement this self -compassion is crucial for your inner peace   
    • SELF TALK - Ensure to talk to yourself for about few minutes at least two times per week .
