Is attachment blessing or curse

I find myself  so emotional and sad when my favorite person is not around most of the time I suffer a lot missing them and not feeling good inside is common but when it turn into possessiveness and affections towards that person it becomes a habit to not live without them . 

 
  • That is the  time when it becomes so toxic to the person you love and they start losing interest in you . While it can bring immense joy and fulfilment ,it can also lead to suffering  and limitation .It can harm your healthy relations .
  •      Attachment provides a sense of  belonging ,it makes you feel good mentally and physically .A bond where you feel emotionally  attach to other person makes you believe in the humanity and good things .   
  •       Trust me this is the best thing you can do to yourself a pure bond with someone is the greatest gift of your life where you don't need  explain  everything to other person they can just understand you in every situation .      


           A BUDHIST PERSPECTIVE ON ATTACHMENT                                                                   According to the teaching of Buddha ,attachment is one of the primary causes of suffering .It is the clinging to desire ,possessions ,and experiences that leads to dissatisfactions ,anxiety and ultimately ,pain .                                                                                                                         RIGHT VIEW You need to understand that nothing is                   permanent ,nothing is going to last For nevertheless.
    RIGHT INTENTION Cultivating right intentions ,                such as compassion ,kindness and wisdom ,reduce            negative emotions  which leads to anger , ,jealousy         and haltered.                                   
  •    It is not  about avoiding all relationships or emotions       ,but rather about understanding the nature of                    impermanence and non-self .                                                  You need to cultivate a balanced and mindful approach to life .                                                       
   THE PATH TO LIBERATION -By practicing noble eightfold path and cultivating wisdom ,we can overcome attachment and attain liberation from suffering .                                                                                                    
    In essence Buddhist perspective on attachment encourages us to live in the present moment ,appreciate the beauty of life ,and let go of the things that  cause us pain. By doing so ,we can find true peace and happiness.
