A BUDHIST PERSPECTIVE ON ATTACHMENT According to the teaching of Buddha ,attachment is one of the primary causes of suffering .It is the clinging to desire ,possessions ,and experiences that leads to dissatisfactions ,anxiety and ultimately ,pain . RIGHT VIEW: You need to understand that nothing is permanent ,nothing is going to last For nevertheless.
RIGHT INTENTION : Cultivating right intentions , such as compassion ,kindness and wisdom ,reduce negative emotions which leads to anger , ,jealousy and haltered.
