Unhealthy habits you need to stop

 


This is the most common way that people sabotage their own success by maintaining habits that are actively keeping them away from their goals .

This is when someone declares that they want to be in better shape but doesn't change anything they do each day to facilitate that or when they want to make a change professionally but find way to make it difficult if not possible for them to actually do it.

It is difficult to look solely to anyone else's definition of health fullness, particularly because we are all different people with varying needs,preferences, and schedule. 


Instead figure out what makes you feel best .Decide what combination of  healthy eating, exercises and sleep is right for you,and stick to it .

Like so many things healthy habits are best established gradually. Instead of trying to force yourself to take an hour at the gym at 6 Am ,try instead to do 15 minuets, or swap out with a class you really enjoy, or go at a time that works better for your schedule. 

There are few habits which is stopping you from achieving your goals .

>Bad Morning routine 

>Unhealthy eating habits                                 

>over thinking 

> Not moving your body 

> Forcing your body and mind too much.

There are so many reasons why you are lacking in everything you do .Most probably we try to fit in with peoples. 

Forcing yourself to laugh with people when you Don't even like their company .Sometimes we do things what others do in daily life to please our mind because their lifestyle fascinated you. Understand that everyone is different from each other it is not necessary to do things that's not even working for you .

Your mind  listen every command you give to it .So start saying everyday you are kind ,beautiful and healthy. Start treating yourself good . 

What works for other is not going to work for you .Understand your body ,mind language .
