HEALTHY HABITS FOR FIT BODY 🧘🏻

 


First of all ask yourself are your habits helping you to grow towards the Person you wanna  become or are they pushing you away from your ideal life .

1 plan your day 

After waking up you need to remind yourself of what you wanna focus on .some days you May want to get everything done including your work ,your physical activity, journals or might feel like taking the day of .When you get clear about it you May design your day around it.

 2 Make drinking water a habit 

You need to Understand that water is so much necessary for your body .Fill your bottle up and drink it throughout the day there are so many healthy and creative ways to do it .For  me I like drinking hot water it is easier on your digestive system than cold water .

I like to drink my water by adding lemon ,ginger and honey .you can enjoy according to Your taste as there are so many ways to drink healthy water .

3 Move your body 

I Am not talking about those heavy lifts. You need to love Your body in a way that's fun to you.

For example I find it difficult to run everyday but I find doing yoga so peaceful and enjoyable that I can stick to it every Morning. You can watch a cardio video with good music and repeat it for 10 minuets you May it as music enhance our mood .

You can add dance work out, I feel really relaxed and energetic, when I Don't feel like motivated dancing boost my mood immediate lay and I feel Happy.

4 Calm your mind

There are so many distraction and stimulants throughout our day . You need to have a habit of quieting your mind and connecting with yourself
You can add a daily walk habit ,stretch or you May meditate to feel relax and calm .
For me it's stretching it makes my body feel so relax and calm .

5 Pay Attention to What You Eat

You need to learn that the food You are eating what does it contain and what amount is good for your body .I always keep in mind that we need to take  food as medicine,as There are vast variety of natural food out there .

Even though it's hard to eat always healthy food as there are so many processed food out there.

Make your food look interesting and try new recipes so that you can eat often without getting sick of it.

6 Always  Look Good And Comfortable 

This is  so simple and yet effective wear those good outfits it will definitely feel good from with in. Looking Good in the sence you are feeling Comfortable in what You are wearing

Own your life change it for better.
